Crews are small groups where friendships form, faith deepens, and life is shared. Meeting regularly, Crews encourage each other, serve together, and live out the mission of Love Lake Norman—to help people find and follow Jesus. Because let’s be real, we all need a group!

When Do Crews Meet?
Crews run from late September through early December, take a break for the holidays, then start back in February and continue through May. Groups typically range from 6 to 12 people and meet in homes, coffee shops, or other casual spaces.
What Do Crews Study?
Most groups dive deeper into Sunday’s message, discussing pre-written questions and Scripture guided by the crew leader. Some explore books of the Bible or a video series. Every crew makes time to pray for each other, supporting both spiritual and everyday needs.
Will Crews Help Me Build Relationships?
There’s a crew for everyone—whether you’re looking for a group for couples, men, women, or mixed groups. Plus, each crew plans social gatherings, fun outings, or service projects to strengthen connections beyond the usual meetings.
