Next Wave is our student ministry (youth group) for students in 6th-12th grade. We meet throughout each month to help students grow in their faith with Crews and combined fun events. On Sunday mornings, we want our students to serve in strategic areas like Love Kids, Facilities, Guest Experience, and Tech. Next Wave also offers regular retreats and serving opportunities to help students grow in their relationship with God and each other.

Next Wave offers several ways to get connected to leaders and other students through monthly events and Rally Nights. We strive to create fun, welcoming, and safe environments for all students. If you’d like upcoming event details, check out our Church Calendar.

Jayce has spent his last 2 years working in the context of Urban ministry within Northeast Charlotte communities. In April 2024 he will be married to his fiancé Ana. Jayce is passionate about discipleship and developing leaders within middle and high school students. Jayce will also continue to use his background in outreach with our Love Local team. During his free time he coaches soccer, experiments in the kitchen, and pours into his community.
